The Onalaska High School Extra Effort Award is awarded to students who work above and beyond what is expected. Three winners per month in any grade are chosen by the academic departments.

Winners of the March Extra Effort Award are:

  • Megan Andersen, daughter of Joe and Joann Settle of Onalaska and Roger Andersen of Chandler, Ariz.

  • Samuel Mahr, son of Todd and Debra Mahr

  • Jeffrey Merten, son of Dale and Linda Merten
