I live in the town of Holland, but the leadership of the neighboring municipalities effects us all. I don’t get to vote for Mike Giese for mayor of the City of Onalaska. I do know that he is one of the smartest and most ethical people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting.
Diane and I sent a donation to Mike when we learned he’d decided to run for mayor. He sent half of it back. You don’t see much of that.
