I wish to thank everyone in the town of Onalaska for voting on Tuesday. Lives have been lost to provide us with the right to vote and participate in our government and getting out of the house to make the most of the right is important.
Additionally, I wish to thank everyone in the area that supported me, helped with my campaign and allowed me to put up signs on their property. Acceptance of an “outsider” to a position of responsibility within the town must have been a tough choice for some to make, but I plan to put all the effort I possibly can into doing the best job I am capable of.
I also wish to thank Frank Fogel for his years of service to the community and for the fair and clean contest between us.
There is much to do in the town of Onalaska, and I encourage every resident to attend at least one meeting a year to really become a part of the government and see just what is happening in your community.
